BOOKING POLICY
50% deposit on confirmation by bank transfer or credit card and entire balance 15 days before the arrival date. Credit card guarantee is required at the time of booking.
For the reservation we need:

address
mobile number
credit card to guarantee reservation
Id card or passport number and expiry date
arrival and departure time in hotel if you don't buy transfers through our hotel.
Check in time: from 14.00 p.m
Check out time: within 10.30 a.m
CANCELLATION PENALTY
10% from the moment of confirmation up to 30 days before the arrival date
50% from 29 to 18 days before the arrival date
75% from 17 to 10 days before the arrival date
100% from 9 days to the day of arrival
COVID EMERGENCY POLICY
For cancellations up to 10 days before arrival due to Covid problems, we will issue a voucher for the value of the amount already paid which then can be used until 30 September 2022 at Cas’almare or Il Baglio sull'acqua.
